SHIPPING POLICY
- Items on the website are ready to ship unless stated otherwise. Please allow us 5 business days to ship your order. If you need it sooner please reach out to info@bronsino.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
- All items are shipped fully tracked and insured via Canada Post, Purolator or UPS. We ship worldwide, yet since we are a very small business there are many countries outside of North America and Europe that we may not have shipped to before. If it doesn't show a rate for shipping to your country please email us at info@bronsino.com to receive a quote
- Taxes will be charged according to where the item is being shipped.
- As of August 27, 2025 shipments to the US may require tariffs to be paid prior to shipping. These fees are the customers responsibility. We are unclear of exactly what this will look like. Please bear with us as we navigate this. We will communicate with you prior to shipping.
- International orders may have import duties or taxes upon arrival. These fees are are the customer's responsibility.
- We offer free in-person pick up by appointment from our studio at 225 - 975 Vernon Dr., Vancouver
- Potential service interruptions are rare but can happen & orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. If this is the case customers will receive an email communicating approximately how much longer and with an explanation at to why. If this is more of a wide spread issue we will post the details to our Shipping Policy.
- Once you have made a purchase from our website you can expect to receive a shipment confirmation email that will include tracking information and any other pertinent details regarding your package.
